• Are your laptops refurbished or second-hand?

  All our laptops are professionally refurbished — inspected, repaired where needed, fully reset, and tested against strict quality standards. Unlike second-hand laptops, every unit comes with a warranty.

• What warranty do I get?

  All laptop purchases include our Gold Standard tiered warranty, covering the motherboard, CPU, and RAM for up to 3 years, contingent on annual preventative servicing. Full terms are on our Warranty & Return Policy page.

• How long will delivery take?

• Do your laptops come with an operating system?

  Yes, all our laptops are sold with a genuine, licensed operating system pre-installed and ready to use out of the box.

• What do the cosmetic grades mean — Gold Pristine, Gold Choice, Gold Essential?

  These describe cosmetic condition only, from like-new (Gold Pristine) to visible wear (Gold Essential). Every tier carries the exact same warranty coverage — the grade never affects performance or support.
