• How long will delivery take?

  Yes, all our HP laptops and PC's are sold with a genuine, licensed Windows operating system pre-installed and ready to use out of the box.

• This collection includes laptops, PC's, monitors, and parts — does the warranty differ between them?

• What do the cosmetic grades mean — Gold Pristine, Gold Choice, Gold Essential?

  These describe cosmetic condition only, from like-new (Gold Pristine) to visible wear (Gold Essential). Every tier carries the exact same warranty coverage — the grade never affects performance or support.
