• What warranty do I get on a MacBook or iMac?

  MacBooks and iMacs are covered by our Gold Standard tiered warranty: up to 3 years on the motherboard, CPU, and RAM (contingent on annual preventative servicing), and 1 year on the built-in display panel. Full terms are on our Warranty & Return Policy page.

• How long will delivery take?

• Do these devices come with macOS installed?

  Yes — every MacBook and iMac is sold with a genuine copy of macOS pre-installed, fully wiped and signed out of the previous owner's Apple ID and iCloud account, ready to set up as your own from first boot.

• What's the battery warranty on a refurbished MacBook?

  Battery warranty on MacBooks is tiered up to 6 months, with battery health and cycle count checked as part of our testing process.

• What warranty applies to Apple adapters and parts in this collection?

  Adapters, cables, and other accessory-level Apple parts carry a 90-day warranty — separate from the 3-year system warranty that applies to full MacBooks and iMacs.
