• Are your monitors refurbished or second-hand?

  All our monitors are professionally refurbished — inspected, repaired where needed, fully reset, and tested against strict quality standards. Unlike second-hand monitors, every unit comes with a warranty.

• What warranty do I get on a monitor?

  Monitors carry a premium 36-month screen warranty. Internal power boards and desktop power bricks are limited to 1 year. Full terms are on our Warranty & Return Policy page.

• How long will delivery take?

  Cape Town: 1–2 working days. Other main cities: 2–4 working days. Regional areas: 3–5 working days. Free delivery on orders over R2,000. Learn more.

• What counts as a pixel defect covered under warranty?

  We follow the ISO 13406-2 Class II standard: isolated sub-pixel variations aren't classified as defects. A screen replacement is only authorised if 3 or more permanently bright/stuck pixels appear on a dark background, or 5 or more permanently dark/dead pixels are clustered on a light background.

• Do monitors come with a stand and cables?

  Yes — every monitor is sold with its manufacturer stand and a power cable. Video cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA) may vary by listing, so check the individual product page, or browse our Cables & Adapters collection for anything extra you need.
